NEMS Protocol
The NEMS Protocol was developed by Dr. George, ND to help you
regain control of your health so that you can live life to its full
potential. It starts with the fundamentals of both health
maintenance and dis-ease prevention. Taking this simplistic
approach will ensure your vitality is restored so you can live a
vibrant life.
Nutrition
Nutrition can be defined as the science of how food affects the body, including how nutrients are acquired, consumed, and processed by the body. It also refers to the study of the relationship between diet, health, and dis-ease. The goal of nutrition is to ensure that the body gets the proper balance of nutrients/vitamins it needs to function optimally and maintain good health.
Meditation/Mind
Meditation is a practice that involves training the mind to focus and achieve a state of calm and relaxation. It can be done through various techniques such as mindfulness, visualization, breathing exercises, and mantras.

Meditation has been shown to:
reduce stress,
improve concentration,
promote overall well- being,
increase self-awareness,
focus on the present,
lower resting heart rate and blood pressure.

This can be accomplished by just 10 minutes per day, 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening.
Exercise
Exercise is any physical activity that is done for the
purpose of improving health, fitness, wellness, or for simple enjoyment. It can include activities like running, weightlifting, yoga, or even just taking a brisk walk.

The benefits of exercise are profound, including improved cardiovascular health, increased strength and endurance, reduced stress, better sleep, improved brain health, weight management, and more.
Exercise can be incorporated into your daily schedule and
absolutely no pill and/or supplement will ever replace the benefits
proceeded by exercise.
Sleep/Supplements
Sleep is a natural, regularly occurring state of mind and body, characterized by altered consciousness, relatively inhibited sensory activity, reduced muscle activity and inhibition of nearly all voluntary muscles during (REM) rapid eye movement sleep.
It is a vital function of the body that allows us to restore and rejuvenate our physical and mental health. Getting enough restful sleep is essential for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Supplements are products that contain one or more dietary ingredients, such as vitamins, minerals, herbs, amino acids, or other substances that are intended to supplement or enhance a
person's diet. They are usually taken in the form of capsules, tablets, powders, or liquids and are intended to provide extra nutrients or other beneficial compounds that may not be obtained in sufficient quantities through diet alone.
Supplements are commonly used to support overall health and wellness, as well as to address specific health concerns or conditions.
